However, for me as a lower roller I didn't feel as connected to the games as I could only play on the tablets. I know if you are slightly higher roller (like my boyfriend) the experience was far better as we were playing with physical chips. Why it doesn't get 5* for me personally is I feel the drinks are overpriced, and I didn't like how much automated the systems were on the tablets. I do feel the casino is extremely well equipped, and you can get action on whatever game of choice you want to play. My boyfriend has come here to play in EPT Barcelona, so while he has been playing poker I have had the chance to visit the casino. Overall: Solid casino experience as a tourist, but I would not say a top-notch casino on the international scale by any stretch.
I did walk around, and blackjack was min-20 euro unless you played the digital bets (real dealer & cards, though), but I'm not sure how all that worked out. Taxis are everywhere on this block due to the clubs next door. Easy to access on Metro & buses run 24hr most of the week. No cover fee to get in, bring your passport if you're from outside the country. The whole experience while waiting has been worse than other casinos, definitely downgrading my experience.
Big fan of the digital system of registering for the game lists, but they don't do a great job of calling you if you're next to be seated. Games do go quite late into the night, but poker is not 24-hr.
Water bottles are free to grab, which is a nice perk for players, but food is not easily accessible for long sessions - you'll have to buy from the restaurant next to the poker room. Some of the poker games have awful waits though, so don't expect to hop right into a table. The dealers speak English and Spanish both as official table languages, which makes the game feel more approachable. Staff is semi-approachable, don't expect too much from them though.
